These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products provided by Shosta Studios.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product created by Shosta Studios, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use any products provided by Shosta Studios.
1. Products
Products refer to any digital assets created and distributed by Shosta Studios, including but not limited to:
- Roblox systems and scripts
- Vehicles
- Maps
- Buildings
- Asset packs
- User interfaces (UI/UX)
- Pre-made Roblox games
Products may be distributed as paid or free products.
2. License
When you obtain a product from Shosta Studios, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within your Roblox projects.
This license allows you to:
- Use the product in Roblox games or experiences
- Modify the product for use within your project
- Integrate the product into games you develop or own
Obtaining a product does not grant ownership of the product.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell Shosta Studios products individually
- Redistribute or share the original files of any product
- Upload Shosta Studios assets to asset stores, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms
- Claim Shosta Studios products as your own work
- Leak, copy, or distribute product files
Products must only be used within a Roblox experience and may not be distributed as standalone assets.
4. Intellectual Property
All products, scripts, assets, models, and designs remain the intellectual property of Shosta Studios.
Users are only granted the license described in these Terms.
Unauthorized redistribution, leaking, or resale of any product is strictly prohibited.
5. Modifications
Products may be modified for use within your Roblox project. However:
- Modified versions may not be redistributed
- Modified products remain subject to these Terms
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products:
- All purchases are generally final
- Refunds may only be considered if the product cannot be delivered or is significantly unusable
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Shosta Studios.
7. Support
Support may be provided for certain paid products and may include:
- Installation guidance
- Basic setup assistance
- Bug fixes
Support does not include custom development, major modifications, or building new features unless explicitly agreed upon.
Free products are provided without support.
Shosta Studios is not obligated to provide assistance, updates, or troubleshooting for free products.
8. Disclaimer
All products are provided “as is.”
Shosta Studios does not guarantee:
- Compatibility with every Roblox system
- Compatibility with heavily modified projects
- Continuous updates for older products
9. Limitation of Liability
Shosta Studios will not be responsible for:
- Loss of in-game revenue
- Issues caused by incorrect installation
- Conflicts with other scripts or assets
Users are responsible for testing products within their own projects.
10. Violations and Legal Action
Any unauthorized redistribution, leaking, or resale of Shosta Studios products is considered a violation of these Terms.
If a violation occurs, Shosta Studios reserves the right to:
- Revoke the license to use the product
- Remove access to products
- Report the violation to relevant platforms
- Pursue legal action, including filing DMCA takedown notices
In cases of asset leaks or piracy, Shosta Studios will be forced to take legal action and issue DMCA claims where applicable.
11. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued use of Shosta Studios products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
