1. Why don't we obfuscate and whitelist?

We trust our clients. We know a few individuals may not be honest, but we choose trust over restriction. Please make our trust worth it.


2. Can I sell or resell permissions from this server?

NO. You are not allowed to sell, resell, trade, or redistribute any permissions, roles, or access rights from this server.

All permissions are internal and non-transferable. Violators will be removed and potentially blacklisted.


3. How do I set up the product?

Products arrive as a model. Do not place the model directly into services like ReplicatedStorage, ServerScriptService, or StarterGui.

Drag the model into the correct service and ungroup it there.

Example: If instructions say “place in ReplicatedStorage,” ungroup the model inside that service.

Always open the Settings module if configuration is required.

  • {SystemName} = system name (e.g., IdentificationSystem)
  • *.* = version number (e.g., 1.0, 2.3)

4. What are Booster Perks?

Boosting the server gives you access to exclusive product rewards:

  • 1 Boost = Claim 1 product priced under 699 Robux
  • 2 Boosts = Claim 2 products with a combined total of up to 1249 Robux

Important Notes:

  • The 1249 Robux limit is shared across both products.
  • You cannot claim two 1249‑Robux systems.
  • You can claim two 599‑Robux products.
  • Products must be chosen from the eligible list provided by staff.
  • Boost perks are non-transferable and must be claimed by the booster.

5. How do I claim my booster perks?

To claim perks, you must open a ticket in the support channel.

Staff will verify your boost level and help you choose eligible products.

Reminder:

  • 1 Boost = 1 product under 699 Robux
  • 2 Boosts = 2 products with a combined total of 1249 Robux

Ensure your selections meet the pricing limits before submitting.


6. Can I use Shosta Studios products in commission work for other clients?

No — you cannot use our products for paid commissions.

If you are a developer inside a group, you may use the product in multiple group projects. If you leave the group, the group must remove the product from all projects.


7. Are updates to products free, and how are they delivered?

Yes — all updates are free.

You download updates the same way you downloaded the product originally. We simply replace the old file with the new version.


8. What happens if a product breaks after a Roblox update?

Report the issue to us. We will fix it unless the product has been discontinued.


9. Can I transfer a product license to another account or group?

No — licenses cannot be transferred.

However, you can still use the product elsewhere because our systems are not obfuscated or locked. This does not grant ownership or transfer rights.


10. Do you offer custom systems or private commissions?

No — we do not offer custom systems or private commissions.


11. What should I do if I suspect someone leaked or resold your product?

Report it immediately by opening a ticket in our Discord server.

You may receive products worth up to 1049 Robux or another reward of similar value.


12. Are your systems compatible with other popular frameworks or admin systems?

Some systems are compatible with certain APIs, but not all external frameworks.

Our v2 systems will be fully compatible with each other, and several already support cross‑compatibility.
