Product Usage
All Shosta Studios products are only to be used for the product’s purpose. Exploiting a product for malicious purposes may result in a company blacklist and removal of the product. This includes reselling or claiming the product to be your own. All products are to be used safely and with purpose. E.g. a webhook system shall only be used for webhooks.
These are examples of maliciously using a product:
- Using the product to exploit other Roblox games or Discord servers
- Inserting malware into the product and distributing it
- Claiming the product to be your own
Purchasing A Product
When purchasing a product, you must do the requirements shown below:
- You must pay the designated price for the product
- You mustn’t request discounts; if you do, you may receive a consequence.
To purchase a product, join our communications (via Discord): then proceed to the “open‑a‑ticket” channel, choose “Product Purchase and Support” from the dropdown, and be patient while waiting for a support agent to reply.
Refunding
We accept refunds only if the product is damaged or not delivered properly. Any further concerns can be directed to our ticketing system in our communications server.
Product Ownership
All products are under ownership of Shosta Studios and can be revoked at any time. Note that you are only purchasing a license to use the product. Requesting to acquire a product for your own business or group may result in a company blacklist.
Product Revocation
If your product is revoked, it may be due to the following reasons:
- You have misused the product
- The product may be discontinued
If a product is discontinued, we will not provide updates or support for it. If you feel your product was revoked unjustly, please open a ticket using our ticketing system in our communications server.
